ESSVE Foam Expand is a foam with low isocyanate content (<0.1%), offering excellent soundproofing and thermal insulation capabilities. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

• Adheres to most materials such as wood, metal, concrete, stone, cellular plastic, and styrofoam.

ESSVE Foam Expand has strong adhesion to most building materials and can be used around doors, windows, pipes, conduits, and between construction elements/details.

It produces white foam with minimal shrinkage (<3%) and excellent thermal insulation capacity (0.034 W/m²K), as well as soundproofing for acoustic sealing.

Not resistant to sunlight. Should be covered/painted.

Do not spray towards yourself or others. Follow applicable regulations and instructions.

Best results are achieved with a room-temperature can that has been shaken at least 20 times before use. For optimal effectiveness and control, moisten the surfaces to be foamed and use a foam gun.

Clean spills with Cleaner foam and PU-adhesive, Cleanerspray Universal or Cleaning wipes.
