Nylon plug N/NL

ESSVE Nylon Plug N and NL are used for fastening applications where a screw alone does not provide sufficient anchorage. Nylon Plug N is designed for solid materials such as concrete, natural stone and solid brick, while Nylon Plug NL is adapted for porous materials such as aerated concrete and lightweight aggregate blocks. How does a nylon plug work? The nylon plug is installed in a pre-drilled hole and activated when the screw is tightened. The plug expands against the walls of the hole, creating a strong anchorage in the substrate. It is manufactured from high-quality nylon and withstands temperatures ranging from -30°C to +100°C.
