Drop-in anchors
ESSVE Drop-In Anchors are used for fastening into concrete, hollow-core slabs, and natural stone when an internal threaded fixing is required. They are suitable for applications such as suspended ceilings, cable tray installations, pipe runs, and other building services installations. How does a drop-in anchor work? The anchor is installed in a pre-drilled hole and set using a dedicated setting tool. The internal thread allows the mounted fixture to be removed without leaving any protruding parts behind. ESSVE EDA Drop-In Anchors are intended for general-purpose fixings, while ESSVE EKD Drop-In Anchors are CE-marked and covered by an ETA (European Technical Assessment), making them suitable for projects where verified performance and documentation are required. EDA and EKD anchors must be installed using their corresponding setting tools.
