Hanging of pipe routes, ventilation or sprinkler systems, other fastenings when threaded rods are required. It’s possible to remove the fastener easily without leaving any protruding parts.

The drop-in anchor EKD is approved for load-bearing installation in non-cracked concrete and in a redundant* system for a non-structural application in cracked and non-cracked concrete. Installation must be carried out using the intended tool.
- Metric thread for mounting multiple types of fasteners
- FM approval for installation of sprinkler systems (M10-M20)
- Approved for installation of sprinkler systems according to VDS, GmbH (M8-M16)
- Fire tested in C20/25 to C50/60 concrete
* Redundant means that several fasteners together carry a load and allow one to fail, but the remaining fasteners must then be able to handle the load.
