ESSVEMoulding/base and floor screw designed for the installation of mouldings base boards and solid pine floors indoors, against wood or steel joists. Drill capacity 0.4 – 0.9 mm. For installation of harder wooden floors e.g. oak pre-drilling is necessary.

The screw is produced in hardened carbon steel with yellow chromate surface treatment and in yellow chromate or white finish, (RAL 9010). The screw has a counter-thread under the head to press mouldings base boards and solid pine flooring against the substrate.The screw is fitted with a fibre cut in the point to reduce cracking and reduce the drive-in torque. The small head gives a good countersink and the screw is fitted with TX-drive/bits.
