The ESSVE facade screw is designed for the installation of wooden facades and panels, mainly outdoors, against wood substrates. The screw is fitted with a fiber cutter and recessed head with sealing edge.

Screw length selection should be adjusted so that the screw does not penetrate windproofing layers.

The screw is available in a glossy design but also painted in a number of colors that fit, for example, the MøreRoyal facade type.

The screw is made of stainless steel A4 for very exposed environments such as facades of exclusive wood, heat treated wood, facades with corrosive surface treatment such as ex. iron vitrol as well as facades on the coast.

Stainless screws are also preferred in facades as weather and wind generate movements where uncured screw is the best choice.

The screw is fitted with a fiber cutter to minimize cracking and reduce the tightening torque.

The recessed head with sealing edge below provides a good recess and closes the hole to prevent moisture from entering the surface. The screw is fitted with TX bracket / bits.
