CONCRETE SCREW ECS-C, COUNTERSUNK HEAD, CORRSEAL
-
ESSVE ECS-C Concrete Screw is an affordable concrete screw for simpler applications where ETA approval is not required.
-
ESSVE ECS-C Concrete Screw is a through-hardened screw that is driven directly into a pre-drilled hole without a plug. The screw has a hi-low thread that provides good load capacity and facilitates installation. The CorrSeal coating provides at least 15 years of corrosion resistance in corrosivity class C4 according to Swedish national type approval (ISO 9223). The through-hardened screw is sensitive to skew insertion and the drill hole should be at 90 degrees to the surface.
- Easy installation without plug
- Good load values
- No need for drill hole cleaning
- Affordable
-
When installing, it is recommended to use an impact driver. The final tightening torque should not be greater than what is required to keep the fixture in place. The specified tightening torque is the maximum tightening torque, and the screw does not require a pre-tensioning torque. For ESSVE ECS-C concrete screw, no drill hole cleaning is required, but the drill hole must be deep enough to mount the concrete screw along with the drilling dust that remains.
