HDS PRO TOOL

With the ESSVE Hidden Decking System (HDS), you can build wooden decks completely without visible screw heads.
HDS consists of screws, special bits and mounting tools. The screw is mounted with the help of the tool to the side of the board and thus becomes completely hidden, which gives a neat result and minimizes millings.

Use the supplied spacers to ensure that it will be gaps between the decking boards. The assembly tool is used for decking boards with a width between 105-155mm.
Always follow the timber supplier's installation instructions in terms of regular distance and distance between each plank board, this is to optimize the lifespan of your patio.

- Set the installation tool according to the timber width by lifting the gray locking button.
- Place the installation tool on the decking board above the joist and clamp the tool.
- Place one HDS screw in each mounting hole. Use the spacers for the correct distance between the boards.
- Screw in the Essve HDS screw using the red marked specially adapted TX15x100mm bit set. Always start with the outermost screw.
